Omni Development Company, Inc., in conjunction with the owner, established and defined a program for the complete rehabilitation of this existing 50,000
square foot, six-story office building. The original buildings were built in 1910 and were physically combined at a later date. The main floor, a former bank
branch, was totally redesigned and rebuilt utilizing the space for a high end private banking area.
Floors 2 through 6 of the building were reconfigured and rebuilt for executive office space. The entire task was quite difficult due to the age of the building
and our desire to observe and maintain the architectural features as originally built around the turn of the century.
Omni Development Company, Inc. provided complete turnkey construction/ management supervision for this project.
KeyBank

Omni Development Company, Inc. was retained as the construction project manager for this $8.5 million renovation of KeyBank's headquarters building in
Syracuse, New York.
The exterior, shown in the lower photo, is a replica of the granite facades on Warren and Washington Streets. The material is entirely synthetic and is made
from molds taken from the existing building. The wall as shown in the upper photo was sheer and had no windows nor finish. The newly completed construction
is totally decorative and has added great character to what was once a barren look.
The banking floor and safe deposit areas were restored and rebuilt to meet today's modern banking requirements. The ceiling, which was constructed of plaster
in several layers, was rebuilt, painted and totally restored to its original condition. The upper floors were converted to executive office conference space, a cafeteria
and a data processing area. Most of the work was completed while everyday banking and work days went uninterrupted.

Omni Development Company, Inc. was selected and hired by First Albany Corporation in the capacity as construction manager and tenant representative responsible
for their tenant fit up of approximately 60,000 square feet of commercial office space located on the 40th, 41st and 42nd floors of One Penn Plaza in New York City.
Our client, First Albany Corporation, was concerned with the design and quality of the installation, the cost of same and the timeliness of completion. The scope of
work included building out a complex major trading floor, executive offices, retail sales area, computer and telephone facilities.
Omni selected, hired and coordinated the architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers. Thereafter, Omni supervised the entire construction process
while also dealing with all of the building trades, architects and engineers as well as the building management. The entire job was completed on time and on budget
in less than six months.
