40 Beaver Street (Omni Headquarters) Albany, New York Owner: Beaver 40 Associates L.P. Beaver 40 Associates L.P., an Omni entity, purchased and gut renovated this turn of the century five story brick building. The original historic facade was restored including the large arched windows, cast iron columns and decorative cornice. The 37,500 square foot building contains parking on the ground level and four floors of office space above. Keybank Headquarters 66 South Pearl Street Albany, New York Owner: Pearl Tower Associates Omni Development Company, Inc., as developer and construction manager for the owner (Pearl Tower Associates, an Omni entity) was responsible for the design and construction of this twelve-story 250,000 square foot class " A" office building, parking garage and the entire extensive interior finish. This building was conceived and designed to exclusively accommodate the corporate and operating headquarters of KeyBank of New York. Also included were special finishes such as a cafeteria and a health club. The building was completed in 1991 and is occupied entirely by KeyBank.
