Beaver 40 Associates L.P., an Omni affiliated entity, purchased and gut renovated this turn of the century five story brick office building. The original historic facade was restored including the large arched windows, cast iron columns and decorative cornice. The 37,500 square foot building contains parking on the ground level and four floors of office space above.

The 170,000 square foot, 10 story office building located at 54 State Street was acquired in December 1989 by 54 State Associates Limited Partnership, an Omni affiliated entity. A major exterior and interior gut renovation of this building was completed in 1991 and has since been 100% occupied.
