As Vice President of Real Estate Services, Mr. Aronowitz is responsible for all phases of Omni’s real estate brokerage group including leasing, sales and acquisitions of office and retail properties as well as raw land. He has over twenty five years experience in commercial real estate and holds a B.A. degree from the University of California at Berkeley and the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Mr. Aronowitz is a Licensed New York Real Estate Broker and is a member of the Greater Capital Association of Realtors (GCAR) and the Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (CIREB). He is the former President of the Board of Directors of CIREB as well as the local IREM chapter and a former Vice President of the local chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Prior to joining Omni in 1998, Mr. Aronowitz was the Owner and President of Paramount Properties, Ltd., a local property management and brokerage company. From 1991 - 1997 Paramount was responsible for the leasing and management of 550,000 square feet of commercial space and 1,300 apartment units. Prior to forming Paramount Properties, Mr. Aronowitz was employed for seven years as a Property Manager and four years as Vice President and Partner of Burns Management a local property management company. His responsibilities included the oversight of a portfolio of 2,000 apartment and condominium units and 300,000 square feet of office and retail space.
